Corporate Governance
Foresters takes seriously its obligation to conduct business in a highly professional and ethical manner. This ranges from protecting our customers from increased costs associated with fraudulent activities, to conducting ourselves in a manner that instills the public's trust and confidence in Foresters and the financial services industry at large.

The purpose of Foresters Code of Ethics:
  1. To define the parameters and principles of ethical conduct and behavior expected of all Foresters directors, officers, employees, distributors and other representatives.
  2. To increase awareness and understanding of the ethical principles under which we do business and conduct our volunteer activities.
  3. To encourage, inspire and reward ethical conduct, and prevent misconduct, at Foresters.
